What's the job?

Based at our beautiful Ernest Rutherford Retirement Village in sunny Nelson, you will use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app - and all your nursing and people skills to:  

• Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents in our Serviced Apartments
• Coordinate, motivate and develop your team   

• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Provide support to your clinical manager 

We have a full-time role available working Sunday to Thursday 0800 - 1630. There is also an on-call component to this role.

Who are you?

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:   

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse and current APC
• The ability to lead, share knowledge and motivate your team
