Based in Lynfield, Auckland, the role offers good life-style options. The site is approx 8.92ha and the project size is approx 540 units, including care and independent apartments. The project has 36 - 40 months of construction. 

 

What will you do?

You will provide administration support to our site management teams that allows us to deliver our work safely, to a high quality, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all new staff and contractors are inducted to site
  • Keeping accurate records of all deliveries and inwards goods
  • Assisting the purchasing team with correct coding of all purchase orders
  • Supporting the site management team with adhoc requests
