What will you do?

We are experiencing record growth, and an exciting opportunity has opened up for a HR Advisor to join our Auckland based Human Resources team. You will partner with our construction teams and report to the Human Resources Manager - Construction.

Focussed on providing recruitment and human resources business partnering support both remotely and in person you will:

  • Support the recruitment of construction roles throughout NZ
  • Provide employment relations support
  • Develop new policies and processes and work with managers through those changes
  • Be involved in a variety of generalist tasks and HR related projects to promote engagement
